All our Earthing Rods are free from resistors and allow you to access the benefits of Earthing while you sleep, without using electrical outlets.

How To Use

Earthing Rods, otherwise known as Grounding Rods are designed to connect directly to the ground outside your home.

To set up the Earthing Rod Kit, simply push the Earth rod into the ground outside and connect it to your existing Earthing Sheet cord.

The Earthing Rod cable connects to the cord provided with all our Earthing sheets.

The cord is only 2mm in diameter so it can usually be run through the edge of a window frame with the window closed.

The product is perfect for travelling and camping, as it can be used in any country and without a socket.
