I have loved honey since I trained in India many years ago with the legendary Dr. Deepak Chopra.Honey

He introduced me a refreshing hot honey, ginger and lemon drink, topped with mint, which has become my signature drink.

My website director loves it, too!    He asks for it when we are working together.     So this one is for you, William!

Infuse fresh root ginger into boiling water for five minutes.  Strain.   Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, half a teaspoon of honey.  Stir gently and top with fresh mint from the garden.   Sip mindfully, and thank God for this wonderful, healing drink!   Visualise the goodness it is bringing to every cell.
