Healthy hot sweet – no eggs, dairy or sugar!

3 mashed bananas (ripe)bananaCinammonPie

One third of a cup of apple sauce

2 cups of oats

Quarter cup of almond milk

Half a cup of raisins

One teaspoon of vanilla

One teaspoon of cinnamon

 

Bake 350 degrees  Farenheit  (or 150 degrees Centigrade)  for 15 mins
